  • First point of contact for people seeking help, providing a welcoming and accessible entry to Caxton’s services
  • Undertakes intake and triage to understand each person’s legal and support needs and assess eligibility for services
  • Provides clear, practical legal information to help people understand their rights and options
  • Connects people to appropriate services through referrals, both within Caxton and to external organisations
  • Books appointments for legal advice and other services where appropriate
  • Uses a human rights‑based, trauma‑informed approach to ensure services are accessible and responsive to people experiencing disadvantage
