Phylli first joined Caxton in 2014 as a student and continued volunteering until her admission as a lawyer in 2016. She has since held several roles at Caxton and is now the Managing Senior Lawyer of the Evening Advice Service (EAS) and Student Legal Clinics.
She practises across a broad range of civil law areas, with particular expertise in human rights, anti-discrimination, and sexual harassment law. Previously, she worked and volunteered with other community legal services and the Disability Royal Commission.
Phylli takes a trauma-informed approach to her work and is passionate about ensuring access to justice for vulnerable members of the community, while also supporting and mentoring the next generation of community lawyers.
