Legal Practice Director

Klaire is Caxton’s Legal Practice Director responsible for leading a diverse range of services that promote human rights and access to justice.

She oversees Caxton’s Coronial work, Enhanced Access Services (including the Client Services team, Evening Advice Service, and the Multicultural Advocacy and Legal Service), as well as the Public Law and Community Rights team.

Klaire is an experienced lawyer with strong expertise in human rights, coronial, anti-discrimination, and administrative law, and has appeared in numerous tribunals and courts across Queensland. She has worked for many years at Caxton and in other roles across the legal assistance sector, including at Legal Aid Queensland, and is passionate about ensuring that people are heard and treated with dignity and respect.
