Since 2019, Heath has been an enthusiastic team member at Caxton. Bringing over a decade of experience to the Human Rights and Civil Law Practice team, her social work practice is built on a foundation of anti-oppressive practice principles, dedicated to identifying and challenging the systemic barriers that create inequality in our community.
Heath applies an intersectional feminist lens to her work, deeply valuing how a person’s unique identity and life experiences, shape their path to justice. She is a passionate advocate for multidisciplinary practice, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure people receive holistic, compassionate support.
Driven by a commitment to equity and dignity, she focuses on self-determination and empowerment, ensuring that the voices of those most affected by systemic disadvantage are at the heart of legal process. Her work aims not only for individual resolution but for lasting, meaningful change.
