Daniella is the Managing Senior Lawyer in Caxton’s Family Law & Domestic and Family Violence team. In this role, Daniella has day-to-day responsibility for our family law and domestic and family violence legal and social support services, including our duty lawyer and court support services. She has exclusively worked in the community sector in the areas of family law, domestic and family violence and child protection since her admission.
She started her practising career in the Northern Territory and, before joining Caxton, was seconded to Queensland’s Department of Justice and Attorney-General where she contributed to domestic and family violence legislative reforms.
As a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Family Law Committee, Daniella regularly contributes to law reform and policy submissions in the family law and domestic violence jurisdictions.
She is passionate about assisting those affected by domestic and family violence and running complex parenting matters.
