Antonia is a senior social worker. She joined Caxton’s Disaster team in 2023 and has since also become part of the General Counselling, Coronial, and Workers’ Rights teams.
Over the years, Antonia has worked in a variety of occupations, industries and environments; from research admin to human resource management and training roles, from the tertiary sector to running her own business from home. All of these roles helped shape her desire to work in an organisation that espoused similar values to her own – social justice, connection, empathy and acceptance. She knows how fortunate she is to work each day with colleagues who strive to achieve equity for Caxton’s clients – and who inspire her to do the same!
Outside of Caxton, Antonia is a mum, daughter, sister, friend and wife. She loves travelling and learning about cultures, people, food and languages, and has lived, studied and worked in Sydney, Porto Torres, London and Brisbane. In her spare time, you can find her reading a good book, stand up paddle boarding, or enjoying the great outdoors.
