Anna is a lawyer in the Public Law and Community Rights Team. Anna has been working in the community legal sector for 5 years, with her early career years spent working on strategic climate change and human rights related litigation.
Anna has experience in discrimination and human rights law, as well as in reviewing government decision-making. Anna enjoys running strategic litigation but sees legal intervention as only one part of effecting positive change and seeking justice in our communities. As such, she has a keen interest in supporting the rights to peaceful assembly (protest) and freedom of expression so that communities can be empowered to take their own action.
