What can the Human Rights and Civil Law Practice help with?
Caxton Legal Centre’s Human Rights and Civil Law Practice can assist with a wide range of legal problems. To see if we can help you with your specific legal problem and to find out if you are eligible for our service, please read our guidelines for the provision of this service.
The Human Rights and Civil Law Practice also includes some specialist programs in employment law, consumer credit law, and manufactured home parks and retirement villages law. All our programs are accessed in the same way, by telephoning reception on 3214 6333 to book an appointment.
We generally do not provide services in areas of law for which there is another, more specialised, community legal centre (e.g. tenancy and Centrelink matters).
